Finding health resources easily with 211 PEI

If you're unsure which services and resources are available to you or don’t know where to start, United Way's 211 PEI database is here to help.

What Is 211 PEI?

211 is a free, confidential navigation service available 24/7. It connects Island residents to many essential human, social, community, and government services across PEI.

You can call 2-1-1 or visit the website anytime. A trained Community Resource Navigator from PEI will help you find the services you need.

What health related questions can 211 PEI help with?

211 PEI can help you find a variety of different health services and community supports including:

  • Medical care
  • Mental health supports
  • Reproductive health services
  • Financial help
  • Transportation for things like medical appointments
  • Community programs such as Meals on Wheels

If it’s a service available on PEI, 211 can guide you to it!

Your privacy comes first

211 does not ask for your name, phone number, or health card.

They only ask for your postal code so they can find services close to you.

Real people. Real help. Anytime.

211 gives you real-time information and friendly support around the clock. You don’t need to know what to ask for, just explain your situation, and they’ll point you in the right direction.

When you’re not sure where to turn, pick up the phone and dial 2-1-1.
